We are committed to helping families farewell their loved ones respectfully and within the current Government regulations.

We will work with families to ensure services comply with the updated guidelines as follows:

  • Indoor and Outdoor Venues: For a Funeral or Memorial service, (not wakes or similar gatherings) the new Directive will allow for a maximum of 200 people  (including celebrant and funeral staff ) with no more than one person per 2 square metres, Total of 200 people.
  • Venue maximum numbers: Please check with your Funeral Consultant regarding the number of people allowed inside your chosen venue as they will vary depending on each venue’s capacity.
  • Contact tracing: The names, phone numbers and email or address details of each attendee must be collected and stored for 56 days.

The health, safety and wellbeing of the families we serve and our team is of the utmost importance to us. We have been providing funeral and memorial services to Australians for many decades and will always put our client families at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to helping families farewell their loved ones respectfully and within the current and relevant Government advice and regulations.

To help adhere to the new regulations, we encourage families to utilise our live streaming, webcasting and recording audio-visual technology.

Our teams also continue to ensure facilities meet the social distancing guidelines and that the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.
