of Toowoomba, formerly of Nambour and Roma. Passed away 1 April 2023 aged 88 years.

Much loved Husband of Joycelyn (dec’d). Dearly loved and treasured Father and Father-in-law of Mark & Deborah, Stephen & Linda, Janeen & Greg, Cameron & Debbie, Nicolette & Ross, Kylie & Terry, and Belinda. Adored Pop to their Families of 27 Grandkids and 25 Great grandkids.

Max played a bit of Club footy for Roma Wattles, Wallumbilla, Dalby Brothers and Roma Cities. Coached a couple of these clubs and the Roma Junior League and then ended up as a Referee who knew every trick in the book.

Family and friends and all who knew him or played with or against him are warmly invited to attend the Farewell Service for Maxie to be held  St Patrick’s Cathedral, James St Toowoomba at 12.00 noon Saturday 22 April 2023.
